摘　　要：胼胝是足部压力异常的表现,也是糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的常见诱因。对胼胝进行系统、持续评估和干预是预防DFU的重要措施。本文对糖尿病患者足部胼胝的干预与评价进展进行综述。Callosities is a sign of abnormal foot pressure and a common cause of diabetic foot ulcer.Systemic and continuous evaluation and intervention of the callosities is an important measure to prevent diabetic foot ulcer.This article reviews the progress of intervention and evaluation of callosities in diabetic foot.
