摘  要:选取20名正常足老年人及20名正常足青年人。通过3D足型扫描仪得到受试者足部形态;通过Footscan足底压力系统,测量受试者压力中心轨迹在前后及左右方向的偏移量、压力与时间的积分、有效接触面积、峰值压强5个有效的特征指标;通过三维测力台测量静止站立时受试者在压力中心轨迹前后、左右的摇摆速率以及置信椭圆面积;用Matlab软件对足底压力数据及三维测力台数据进行预处理,用SPSS 25.0软件将青年人数据与老年人数据进行方差分析,得到最终数据对比结果。结果表明:青年人重心偏向左足,老年人重心偏向右足;青年人压强峰值前掌大于后跟,老年人则相反;青年人压强峰值集中于前脚掌内侧,老年人压强峰值集中于前脚掌外侧。由此可得,年龄的增长引起了步态的明显变化,压强峰值最大区域由前掌移至后跟,其中前掌区域压强峰值的大小差异导致了稳定性的变化,压强峰值集中于前掌内侧时,稳定性更好。Twenty elderly people with normal feel and 20 young people with normal feet were selected.The subject's foot shape was obtained with a 3D foot scanner,and ihe subject's pressure center trajectory offset in front-back and left-right directions,pressure and time integration,effective contact area,and peak pressure 5 effective feature indicators were measured using the Footscan plantar pressure system.The subject’s swing rate and the area of the confidence ellipse before and after the pressure center trajectory during static standing were measured with 3D force plate.Matlab software was used to predict the plantar pressure data and 3D foree plate data.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the variance between young and old subject’s data to get the final data comparison result.The results show that the young subject’s center of gravity is biased toward the left foot,and the old subject’s center of gravity is biased toward the right foot.The peak pressure of young subject’s forefoot is greater than the heel,while the peak pressure of the elderly is opposited.Therefore the increase in age causes a significajnt change in gait.The maximum pressure peak area moves from the forefoot to the heel.The difference in the size of the pressure peak in the forefoot area causes a change in stability.When the pressure peak is concentrated on the inner side of the forefoot,the stability is better.
