摘  要:针对粮库占地面积大、粮仓分散、仓内温度测试点多,人工巡检效率低、监测周期长、易漏检等不足,提出一种基于FPGA的粮库多点温度检测系统。该系统以Basys3 Artix-7 FPGA为核心的数据处理模块,采用PT100温度传感器、A/D数模转换和液晶显示模块构建了多点温度实时采集显示系统,数据处理部分采用了改进的中值滤波算法。试验结果表明,该系统具有良好的采集稳定性和测量精度,能够满足粮库多点温度检测的应用。Grain depot covers a large area,the granary temperature test points are generally scattered,therefore manual inspection is of low efficiency and monitoring cycle becomes long.,In this paper,a multi-point temperature detection system for grain depot based on FPGA is put forward.With Basys3 Artix-7 FPGA as the core of data processing module,using PT100 temperature sensor,A/D analog-to-digital conversion and liquid crystal display module,the multipoint temperature real time acquisition system is constructed.Data processing part adopts an improved median filtering algorithm.Test results show that the system has good stability and accuracy of measurement,and can satisfy the grain depot multi-point temperature detection.
