摘  要:以电熔莫来石为主要原料,粉煤灰为烧结助剂,采用干压成型技术制备莫来石质陶瓷膜支撑体.系统研究了烧成温度对试样物相组成、显微结构及耐酸碱性能的影响.结果表明,当莫来石质量分数为85%、粉煤灰质量分数为15%,在1350℃下烧结制得的支撑体整体性能最佳,孔隙率为37.15%,平均孔径为2.31μm,抗弯强度为59.85 MPa,纯水渗透率为14.5 m^3/(m^2·h·MPa).该陶瓷膜支撑体分别在15%的HCl溶液和NaOH溶液中腐蚀40 h后抗弯强度衰减为55.65和47.72 MPa,具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性能.The mullite ceramic support was prepared by a pressing method using capacitor mullite powder as a starting material,coal fly ash as sintering additive.The effects of sintering temperature on phase composition,microstructure and chemical resistance of the samples were systematically studied.The results show that the best support with mullite of 85%,coal fly ash of 15%sintered at 1350℃has a porosity of 37.15%,a mean pore size of 2.31μm,a flexural strength of 59.85 MPa,a water flux of 14.5 m^3/(m^2·h·MPa).The flexural strength decreases to 55.65 and 47.72 MPa when the support immerses in 15%HCl and 15%NaOH for 40 h respectively.The support has good chemical corrosion resistance.
