摘 要:以某国产化首台套LNG高压泵研发项目,针对该泵高抗汽蚀诱导轮的设计开发,通过提炼高抗汽蚀诱导轮的设计思路与流程,根据汽蚀比转速选择结构形式;并通过CFD单、两相流分析计算,与试验验证相结合的方法完成实现。结果表明:在气相体积占比超过诱导轮流道2/3区域时,诱导轮仍然能够为主叶轮提供能量,提升泵的整体汽蚀性能;当NPSHr值相同时,气体相从近轮毂流面到近轮缘流面逐渐增加,主要气泡最终聚集在轮缘处。In development and design of inducing rotator with high capability in anti-cavitation which is used in the first homemade LNG high pressure pump,the structure of the inducing rotator was selected based on cavitation ratio,the calculation for single and double phases flow were carried out by using CFD,and the validation with test was applied.It was shown from the results that when gas volume was greater than 2/3 channel volume for inducing rotator,inducing rotator was still capable to supply energy for main impeller so as to raise the anti-cavitation performance of the pump;when NPSHr value was constant,the phase of gas gradually increased at location adjacent to the surface of impeller,and gas bubble finally congested at the edge of the impeller.
