摘 要:某汽轮机组在运行中,后轴承出现油膜涡动,为消除油膜涡动,对后轴承进行稳定性校核,计算其失稳转速,并根据计算结果对后轴承结构进行改造以优化稳定性。改造措施包括填平上瓦周向油槽、减小轴瓦宽度、增大椭圆度等,经改造后,油膜涡动消失,机组运行平稳。During the operation of a steam turbine,there appeared oil film whirlin rear bearing.In order to eliminatethis oil film whirl,in this article,the stability of the rear bearing was checked,and the unstable speedof turbine was calculated.According to the result of calculation,the structure of rear bearing was reformed so as to makeits stability reach the best.The reform included filling the circumferential oil groove of the upper pad,reducingthe width of bearing pad,increasingellipticity,and so on.With the reform,oil film whirl has disappeared,and the machine unit runs smoothly.
