摘　　要：目的介绍目前常用合理用药评价指标及研究进展。方法整理近年公开发表的期刊、书籍、硕士论文等,从合理用药单项评价指标、合理用药综合评价指标的测量方法及优劣势等方面进行分析。结果采用合理用药单项评价指标评价合理用药存在一定局限性,为了满足临床及政府决策的需求,需对合理用药进行综合评价。结论系统、全面、科学、可操作性强的综合评价指标体系的构建是未来发展的方向。Objective To introduce the research progress of evaluation indicators of rational drug. Methods The paper,books,master’s thesis and so on which had been published in recent years were sorted out. The measurement method,advantages and disadvantages of single and comprehensive evaluation indicators of rational drug use were analyzed. Results Single evaluation indicators of rational drug use was selected to evaluate rational drug use,but there were some limitations. With the clinical and government decision-making needs,comprehensive evaluation of rational drug use needed to be conducted on the basis of single evaluation indicators. Conclusion Constructing a systematic,comprehensive,scientific and operable comprehensive evaluation indictors system is the development direction in the future.
