孟鲁司特钠联合福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对患儿血清炎性因子及免疫因子水平的影响。方法选取医院2017年6月至2019年6月收治的支气管哮喘患儿142例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各71例。两组患儿均予基础治疗及富马酸福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗,观察组患儿加服孟鲁司特钠片,均治疗8周。结果观察组总有效率为98.59%,显著高于对照组的83.10%(P <0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的日间和夜间症状评分显著低于对照组,症状缓解时间和肺部体征消失时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗后的白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著降低,T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)水平显著升高,观察组均优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组与对照组患儿的不良反应发生率相当(5.63%比8.45%,χ^2=0.430,P=0.512> 0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗小儿支气管哮喘可改善临床症状,降低血清炎性因子水平,提高免疫功能。Objective To investigate the application of montelukast sodium combined with formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and its effect on Influence on the levels of serum inflammatory factors and immune factors in children.Methods A total of 142 children with bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,71 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with formoterol powder inhalation,while the observation group was added with montelukast sodium. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98. 59%,which was significantly higher than 83. 10% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The scores of day and night symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the time of relief of symptoms and disappearance of pulmonary signs were significantly shorter than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with before treatment,the levels of interleukin 4( IL-4),interleukin 6( IL-6),interleukin 8( IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) were significantly reduced after treatment,and the levels of T lymphocyte subgroups( CD3+,CD4+,CD8+) were significantly increased;the improvements in the observation group were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05).The incidences of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were equivalent( 5. 63% vs. 8. 45%,χ^2 = 0. 430,P = 0. 512 > 0. 05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and enhance the immune function.
