摘 要:以废弃薏米秸秆为原料,用氯化锌活化法制备活性炭。以其对模拟废水中铅离子的吸附率为指标,通过正交实验优化制备工艺。结果表明,氯化锌法制备薏米秸秆活性炭的最适条件是:料液比1∶1(g/mL)、氯化锌质量分数30%、活化温度500℃、活化时间90min。此条件下,薏米秸秆活性炭对模拟废水中铅离子的去除率为98.62%。Using the waste straw of Job's tears as raw material and zinc chloride as activator to prepare activatedcarbon Zinc Chloride.The optimum technology parameters were determined by the orthogonal test.The study showed that the best conditions for preparing activated carbon from Job's tears by zinc chloride were:the ratio of material to liquid was 1:1,the concentration of zinc chloride was 30%,activation temperature was 500℃and activation time was 90min.Under these conditions,the removal rate of Pb2+in waste water is up to 98.62%.
