摘 要:新会陈皮具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、杀菌等多种生理功效,在查阅大量文献的基础上对新会陈皮中黄酮类化合物提取工艺进行了研究比较,确定了提取的最佳实验条件,同时测定了黄酮类化合物的杀菌和体外抗肿瘤活性,结果表明新会陈皮黄酮类提取物具有良好的杀菌效果和抗肿瘤活性。Flavonoids of xinhui pericarpium citri reticulatae had many physiological functions,such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,bactericidal and so on.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,the extraction process of polysaccharides,flavonoids and volatile oils from xinhui pericarpium citri reticulatae was studied and compared.The optimum experimental conditions for extracting the main active ingredients were determined.The activity of flavonoids was also determined.The results showed that the flavonoids of xinhui pericarpium citri reticulatae had good bactericidal and in vitro anti-tumor activity activities.
