摘  要:概述了氢回收工艺的特点,对膜分离和变压吸附PSA技术的应用及运行情况进行分析,指出采用两者相结合的氢回收工艺,具有工艺适应性强、可靠性高的特点,可达到产品H2纯度≥99.9%且H2收率≥92.6%的提氢要求,在节能减排、降本增效方面有显著效益。the characteristics of hydrogen recovery process are summarized,the application and operation of membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption PSA technology are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the combined hydrogen recovery process has the characteristics of strong process adaptability and high reliability,which can meet the requirement of 99.9%H2 purity and 92.6%H2 yield remarkable benefit in energy saving and emission reduction,reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
