阿坝州退耕还林生态效应和农民收益研究

摘　　要：为了研究阿坝州退耕还林工程对阿坝州生态效应和农民收益的影响,采用数理统计、灰色关联分析法,以退耕还林面积为参考序列,以农民收入、逐年水土流失减少量和逐年森林面积增加为比较序列,分析退耕还林对生态效应和农民效益的影响程度。研究结果表明:阿坝州退耕还林工程对农民收入和生态环境的影响较适中。退耕还林工程与生态效应的关联度适中,说明退耕还林对生态环境影响程度适中。退耕还林与农民收入的关联系数呈下降趋势,但总体上高于对生态因子关系系数。退耕还林工程不仅对生态效应影响大,还对农民收入有较强影响。Studying the effect of returning farmland to forest project in Aba State on the ecological effect and farmers’ income, the mathematical statistics and the grey correlation analysis were used to analyze the effect of returning farmland to forest on ecological effect and farmers’ income, taking the area of returning farmland to forest as the reference sequence, taking peasant’s income, the reduction year by year of soil erosion’s area and the increase of forest area year by year as the comparative sequence. The results of the research show that The effect of the returning farmland to forest project on farmers’ income and ecological environment is moderate. The relation between returning farmland to forest and the ecological effect is moderate degree, which indicates that the impact on the ecological environment is moderate. The correlation coefficient between the area of returning farmland to forest and farmers’ income is decreasing year by year but it is overall higher than the ecological factor curve. The returning of farmland to forests not only has a impact on the ecological effect, but also has a strong impact on the income of farmers.
