摘　　要：为了明确181克/升zeta-氯氰菊酯乳油对棉花棉铃虫的防治效果,2018~2019年连续2 a以当地常用药剂5%氯氰菊酯乳油为对照,在棉花(科能608)上进行了181克/升zeta-氯氰菊酯乳油有效成分用量60、75和90 g/hm^2防治棉铃虫的田间药效试验。结果表明:181克/升zeta-氯氰菊酯乳油药剂对棉铃虫的防治效果随着药剂用量的增大而显著提高,用药后7 d内,除60 g/hm^2用量处理防效显著低于对照药剂外,其他2个用量处理的防效均与对照药剂相当,但用量75与90 g/hm^2处理的防效差异均不显著。181克/升zeta-氯氰菊酯乳油在棉花上使用安全,防治棉铃虫效果较好,且具有良好的速效性,持效期可达7 d以上,是一种理想的防治棉花棉铃虫药剂,其有效成分经济用量为75 g/hm^2。In order to determine the control effect of 181 g/L zeta-cypermethrin EC on cotton bollworm,the field efficacy trials were carried out in 2018-2019,taking 5%cypermethrin EC,the local common agent as the control.The control effects of 181 g/L zeta-cypermethrin EC with 60,75 and 90 g/hm^2 were studied.The results showed that the control effect of 181 g/L zeta-cypermethrin EC on cotton bollworm was improved obviously with the increase of dosage.Within 7 days after administration,the efficacy of 60 g/hm^2 dosage treatment was significantly lower than that of the control,and that of the other two dosage treatments was similar to that of the control.However,the efficacy of 75 and 90 g/hm^2 dosage treatments was not significantly different.It is safe to use 181 g/L zeta-cypermethrin EC on cotton.It has a good effect on controlling cotton bollworm,and has a good quick effect.Its holding period can be more than 7 days,so it is an ideal agent for controlling cotton bollworm.
