摘 要:为探究特用玉米品种对穗粒腐病的抗性,采用针刺果穗注射法,对2001~2010年参加山西省玉米区域试验的青贮、糯、甜、高油4种特用玉米杂交种共计238份,进行了穗粒腐病抗性鉴定与评价。结果表明:特用玉米种质对穗粒腐病抗性较高,其中高抗型占4.2%,抗病型占66.4%,中抗型占22.2%,感病型占5.5%,高感型占1.7%。青贮、糯和高油玉米对穗粒腐病的抗性表现差别不大,达到中抗及以上的品种数占其相同类型参试品种总数的比例分别为94.7%、97.1%和94.7%;而甜玉米中仅有65.9%的品种达到中抗及以上,且该类型玉米高感品种所占的比例为4种特用玉米类型最高。通过山西省审定的30个特用玉米种质中,有26个品种表现抗病,占86.7%。In order to study the resistance of special maize to ear rot,238 special maize hybrids which had taken part in the regional tests in Shanxi from 2001 to 2010 were identified and evaluated by needling inoculation.The results showed that the tested special hybrids had higher resistance to ear rot,and 4.2%,66.4%,22.2%,5.5%and 1.7%of maize hybrids were grouped to high resistance,resistance,moderate resistance,susceptible and high susceptibility respectively.There was little difference among the resistance of silage maize,waxy maize and high oil maize,and 94.7%,97.1%and 94.7%of each type had the moderate resistance and above,respectively.Only 65.9%sweet maize had the moderate resistance and above,and the rate of high susceptibility was the highest among four types of special maize hybrids.Among 30 approved special maize varieties in Shanxi,26 varieties were resistant to ear rot,accounting for 86.7%.
