摘  要:通过对比飞机线束用国产化自卷绕开口保护套和国外试样的机械性能、耐环境性能、燃烧气体烟密度和毒性,探索了该产品的合理国产化替代方案。结果表明:在机械性能方面,国产护套的拉伸强度达到了国外件的91%,耐刮擦次数达到了国外件的85%;在耐环境性能和燃烧性能方面两者相当,国产化护套的性能已基本达到了国外产品水平。By comparing the mechanical properties,environmental resistance,burning gas smoke density and toxicity of domestic self-wrapping open protective sleeve and foreign samples for aircraft wiring harness,the reasonable localization alternative scheme of the product is explored.The results show that in terms of mechanical properties,the tensile strength of domestic sheaths reaches 91%of that of foreign samples,and its scrape resistance times is 85%of that of foreign samples.In terms of environmental resistance and combustibility,they are equivalent.And the performance of the domestic sleeve has basically reached the level of foreign products.
