摘  要:目前装备的热备份系统设计存在测试性水平低、先设计功能性能后再设计可靠性和测试性等情况,导致装备实际表现不佳,热备份系统高可靠性水平的特点不能完全发挥。针对该问题,提出了一套热备份系统的设计方法,通过对产品进行需求分析、FMEA、设计权衡和分析,并结合故障注入试验开展设计验证,完成问题分析和设计改进。这一系列的方法保证了可靠性和测试性的设计,提高了热备份系统的可靠性和测试性水平,并有助于后续五性工作的开展。At present,the design of the hot backup system of the equipment has problems of low testability,first designing function and performance and then designing reliability and testability.As a result,the actual performance of equipment is not good,and the characteristics of high reliability level of hot backup system can not be fully played.Aiming at this problem,a set of design method of hot backup system is put forward.Through the requirement analysis,FMEA,design trade-off and analysis of the product,the design verification is carried out in combination with the fault injection test,and the problem analysis and design improvement are completed.This series of methods ensure the design of reliability and testability,improve the reliability and testability level of hot backup system,and help to carry out the following five-performance work.
