摘　　要：结合国内外相关试验标准介绍了HALT/HASS试验的步骤和方法,分别从结构原理、液氮控制方法和振动台控制方法几个方面介绍了广州五所环境仪器有限公司新研制生产的HALT/HASS试验箱。此系列环境试验设备能够帮助HALT/HASS试验领域的技术人员很好地完成试验,高效地暴露产品的可靠性问题,对于提高电子行业及其他行业产品的可靠性具有重要的意义。The steps an d methods of HALT/HASS test are introduced in combination with the relevant test standards at home and abroad,and the newly developed and produced HALT/HASS test box of Guangzhou-GWS Environmental Equipment Co.,Ltd is introduced from the aspects of structure principle,liquid nitrogen control method and vibration table control method respectively.And this series of environmental test equipment can help the technicians in the field of HALT/HASS test to complete the test well,and expose the reliability problem of the product efficiently,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of the products in the electric industry and other industries.
