摘　　要：目的为太极拳体用提供技理参照。方法采用文献资料、逻辑分析等科研方法,结合实践体悟,对“太极劲”的学理展开讨论。从太极劲的收劲与透劲之“二元”出发,分析了太极劲的“柔态”、“刚态”和“空态”,进而阐述了这三种状态对立统一的“一体”化理路。结果与结论太极劲通过内部“收劲”与“透劲”的二元相互作用,表现为外部“柔态”、“刚态”及“空态”的承化转合,最终实现阴阳动态平衡的统一。Objective To provide technical and theoretical reference for Taijiquan.Methods Using scientific research methods,such as literature,physical analysis,and practical realization,the theory of“Tai Ji strength”is discussed.Starting from the“binary”of Tai Ji strength’s“stiffening power”and“penetrating power”,the“soft state”,“strong state”and“empty state”of Tai Ji strength are analyzed,and the“unified”integration of the opposition and unity of these three states is explained.Results and Conclusion It is believed that Tai Ji strength manifests itself as the transformation of the external“soft state”,“strong state”and“empty state”through the dual interaction of internal“stiffening power”and“penetrating power”,and finally realizes the dynamic balance of the unity of yin and yang.
