摘 要:硫磺回收装置采用Claus+SCOT技术处理尾气时,受装置低负荷运行及异常波动等影响,尾气中SO2含量大。通过技术核算,将尾气引至催化裂化装置催化剂再生烟气脱硫塔进行脱硫处理。改造后避免了尾气焚烧后SO2直接排放,且装置运行平稳,未增加能耗和化工原材料消耗,有效解决了尾气排放不合格的难题。When the sulfur recovery unit adopted Claus+SCOT technology to treat the exhaust gas,due to the low load operation and abnormal fluctuation of the unit,the SO2 content in the exhaust gas is high. Through technical calculations,a technical transformation was conducted to introduce the exhaust gas to the catalytic regeneration flue gas desulfurization tower of FCC unit for desulfurization treatment. The technical transformation avoided the direct emission of SO2 into the atmosphere after incineration,kept the plant in stable operation without increasing energy consumption and consumption of chemical raw materials,and effectively solved the problem of unqualified exhaust emission of sulfur recovery unit.
