摘　　要：针对某石化公司180×10^4t/a重油催化裂化装置汽轮机在运行中出现轮室压力缓慢上升/蒸汽耗量增加、提速困难,振动值攀升的问题,利用钠盐在饱和湿蒸汽中溶解度较大的特点,将汽轮机进汽温度降低到稍高于其对应的饱和温度,做功后产生湿蒸汽,冲刷结垢部件,将盐垢和硅垢层溶解并清除。In view of the problems of slowly rising of chamber pressure,increase of steam consumption,difficultyof speed-up,rising of vibrationvalue in theoperation ofsteam turbineofa 180 ×10^4 t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit,this paper made use of the characteristics of sodium salt withhigh solubility in the saturated wet steam,decrease the steam turbine inlet temperature to slightly higher than the corresponding saturation temperature,produced wet steam after work and washed scale components,dissolvedand removedsalt deposit and silica scale layer.
