摘  要:当管道内部含有超标缺陷且不易消除时,如何保证这些带病管道安全运行是工程界经常遇到的难题。文中以某高温蒸汽管道为例,通过有限元分析对含缺陷管道的强度进行计算,再根据GB/T 19624标准对超标缺陷进行安全评定,为后续管道的安全使用提供数据支撑。How to ensure the safe operation of pipelines with defects was one of the problems encountered frequently in the engineering field in case there weresome defectsinside the pipelines exceeding standard and was not easy to eliminate. This paper took the high temperaturesteam pipelines as an example,used finite element analysis to calculate the strengths of the pipelines with defects,conductedsafety evaluation on defects exceeding standard according to GB/T 19624 standard and provided the data supports for subsequent safety operation of pipelines.
