摘　　要：[目的]分析整体分层针刀松解术联合针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的有效性。[方法]将60例LDH患者随机分为两组,观察组采用整体分层针刀松解术加针灸治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗。分析治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和日本骨科学会下腰痛评分量表(JOA)评分变化,并使用改良MacNab标准进行疗效评估。[结果]治疗后两组VAS评分、JOA评分改善均较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗优良率(93.3%)优于对照组(73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]整体分层针刀松解术联合针灸疗法治疗LDH疗效确切,优于单纯针灸治疗。[Objective]To analyze the effectiveness of whole body layered acupotomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).[Methods]The 60 patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated by whole body layered acupotomy and acupuncture,and the control group was treated by acupuncture.The changes of VAS and JOA scores were analyzed before and after treatment.The improved MacNab criteria were used for evaluation.[Results]After treatment,the VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the observation group(93.3%)was better than that of the control group(73.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The whole body layered acupotomy is effective in the treatment of LDH,and the combination treatment of acupotomy and acupuncture is superior than simple acupuncture treatment.
