摘　　要：张宗礼教授认为“湿邪困脾”在糖尿病肾病发生发展中扮演着重要角色。针对其病理机制,运用“醒脾法”治疗,以助脾运、开脾郁、复升清、畅枢机。将“湿邪困脾”分为4型,即脾虚湿困、湿热蕴脾、湿困脾阳、湿浊中阻,分别采用醒脾行气化湿、醒脾清热化湿、醒脾温阳化湿、醒脾化湿泄浊进行辨证治疗,并阐述醒脾法治疗该病时的配伍用药特点。Professor ZHANG Zongli points out that dampness disturbing spleen plays an important role in the development of diabetic nephropathy.In view of its pathological mechanism,the treatment of“activating spleen method”is used to replenish the spleen,wake up the function of the spleen,restore the function of ascending the clear and descending the turbid,harmonize middle jiao.Dampness disturbing spleen is divided into four types,dampness stragnancy due to spleen deficiency,dampness heat stagnating in spleen,turbid damp obstructing in middle jiao and damp blocking spleen yang,respectively,using the treatment with activating spleen and resolving dampness to move qi,activating spleen and clearing heat to promote diuresis,activating spleen and warming yang for diuresis and activating spleen and removing dampness to purge turbidity.This article also analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the compatibility of the treatment of this disease.
