少腹逐瘀汤对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经大鼠活血作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]以少腹逐瘀汤全方及其中活血化瘀、温经止痛组分为研究对象,考察少腹逐瘀汤组方配伍对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经大鼠的活血作用。[方法]制备寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经大鼠模型,分为空白组、模型组、阿司匹林组、少腹逐瘀汤全方组(全方组)、少腹逐瘀汤活血化瘀组(活血组)、少腹逐瘀汤温经止痛组(温经组),连续给药7 d,检测各组大鼠子宫血流量、血液流变学(血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数、红细胞变形指数)、凝血功能[凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]、血栓素(TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)水平,评价组方配伍的合理性。[结果]与模型组比较,全方组、活血组、温经组大鼠子宫血流量显著降低,血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数、红细胞变形指数均降低,PT、TT、APTT均延长,FIB降低,TXA2降低,PGI2升高。[结论]少腹逐瘀汤对寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经大鼠有显著的治疗作用,活血组分和温经组分有显著的协同作用。[Objective]To investigate the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and its components in promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and warming and analgesic pain blood circulation of primary dysmenorrhea rats with cold-coagulating blood stasis syndrome.[Methods]Rat models of primary dysmenorrhea with cold-coagulating blood stasis syndrome were prepared and divided into control group,model group,aspirin group,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction full prescription group(Quanfang group),Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis group(Huoxue group)and Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the Wenjing analgesia group(Wenjing group)for 7 consecutive days.The uterine blood flow and hemorheology(plasma viscosity,hematocrit,red blood cell aggregation index,red blood cell electrophoresis index,red blood cell deformation index),coagulation function(PT,TT,APTT,FIB),thromboxane(TXA2),and prostacyclin(PGI2)levels were evaluated for the rationality of the compatibility of the prescriptions.[Results]Compared with the model group,the blood flow of uterus in the Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction group,Huoxue group and Wenjing group was significantly decreased,plasma viscosity decreased,hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation index,electrophoresis index and deformation index were all decreased,PT,TT,APTT was prolonged,FIB decreased,TXA2 decreased,and PGI2 increased.[Conclusion]Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea rats with cold-coagulating blood stasis syndrome,and the blood-activating component and the warming component have significant synergistic effects.
