摘　　要：专利效率是创新发展水平的重要标志之一。在建设创新型国家的进程中,由于资源约束,高技术企业的创新投入能否高效转化为经济产出至关重要,这也是研究专利效率的关键。以Web of Science核心合集作为分析样本的数据源,借助可视化分析软件Citespace从发文时间分布、国家或地区合作、关键文献和高频关键词等角度对专利效率的研究成果进行梳理和分析。可视化分析研究发现:1)随着20世纪90年代末知识经济时代的到来,专利效率可以划分为起步与快速增长两大阶段;2)基于专利实施的视角界定专利效率的内涵,即专利对技术创新效率的贡献;3)关注专利效率的影响因素,比如市场、法律、产业及管理等;4)专利效率是体现创新水平的核心指标,是提升创新能力的关键因素。Patent efficiency is one of the significant signs of the level of innovative development.In the process of building an innovative country,because of resource constraints,the innovative input of hightech enterprises would be converted efficiently into economic output that is crucial,which is the key to study patent efficiency.Based on the core collection of Web of Science,patent efficiency research results from the perspectives of time distribution,national(reginal)cooperation,key literatures and high-frequency keywords is analyzed using the visualization analysis software Citespace.v.The results of visual analysis show that 1.Patent efficiency can be divided into two stages of starting and growing rapidly in the late 90′s.2.Based on the perspective of patent implementation to define patent efficiency,namely,research the contribution of patents to the efficiency of technological innovation.3.Focus on the factors of patent efficiency,such as market,law,industrial and management.4.Patent efficiency is the core index of innovation level and the key factor to enhance innovation ability.
