从行政法角度论农村环境污染防治研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济飞速发展,然而,在经济飞速发展的背后,是以农村环境每况愈下为代价的。众所周知,农村的环境同每个人的身体健康紧密相连,所以,如何解决农村环境污染防治是我们亟需解决的问题。本文通过立法、执法两个方面进行阐述,提出了加强地方性农村环境立法、提高我国民间环保组织的法律地位、加强农村环境执法者的执法力度的措施,以达到改善农村环境质量的目的。Since the reform and opening up,my country's economy has developed rapidly.However,behind the rapid economic development,the rural environment has deteriorated.As we all know,the rural environment is closely linked to everyone's health,so how to solve the prevention and control of rural environmental pollution is an urgent problem we need to solve.This article elaborated through two aspects of legislation and law enforcement,and put forward measures to strengthen local rural environmental legislation,improve the legal status of my country's civil environmental protection organizations,and strengthen the enforcement of rural environmental law enforcers to achieve the purpose of improving rural environmental quality.
