摘　　要：本文给出了农村图书馆的定义,阐述了农村图书馆建设的意义,分析了农村图书馆的现状,并对农村图书馆的发展建设提出建议,主要策略是加大农村图书馆的资金投入;改善图书、馆舍等硬件条件;重视工作人员的业务培训,提高他们的整体素质;创新服务模式,强化制度管理等,保障农村图书馆的长久良好的运行机制.The passage mainly discusses the definition of the libraries in the countryside,expounds the significance of real libraries,analyzes on the present situation of real libraries and gives sugges tions on the development of rural libraries.The key strategies are as follows:Increasing the capital investment of rural libraries,improving the books and the hardware conditions of library buildings,paying attention to the professional training of staff to improve their overall qualities,innovating service modes,strengthening system managements and guaranteeing a good and long-term opera tion mechanism of rural libraries.
