摘　　要：运用文献资料、历史分析等研究方法,对德国职业足球发展进行研究。主要结论:德国职业足球经历了跌宕起伏的初创、成长、低谷、复兴四个时期,形成了职业足球与民族精神融合共生、激励相容约束的制度安排、经济效益与社会效益并重的经营理念以及多管齐下的足球人才培育体系。对我国的启示:以民族精神引领,大力推进中国特色职业足球文化建设;深化管理制度改革,激发市场主体活力;树立以服务球迷为本的经营理念,促进社会效益与经济效益协调发展;全面布局,构建常态化后备人才培育体系。Using the methods of literature review and historical analysis,this paper studied the development experience of professional football in Germany.Main conclusions:going through four development periods:start-up,growth,trough and revival,with integration and co-existence of professional football and national spirit,German professional football has been forming the integrated system of incentives and constraints,the business idea of paying equal attention to economic benefi ts and social benefits and the multi-pronged football talents cultivation system.Enlightenment to China:led by national spirit,the construction of professional football culture should be strenthened with Chinese characteristics;the reform of the management system should be deepened to stimulate the vitality of market entities;the management idea of serving the fans should be set up to promote harmonious development of social benefits and economic benefits;comprehensive plans should be made to cultivate reserve talents regularly.
