摘 要:针对影响斜沟煤矿18201大采高工作面瓦斯涌出量的4个因素,采用现场实测瓦斯浓度数据分析,通过Design-Expert数值软件,以Central Composite Design研制出5个水平4个因素的试验设计,获得了18201大采高工作面瓦斯涌出量影响因素的二次回归模型,同时进行预测瓦斯涌出量。研究结果表明:预测精度在4.14%~10.57%,基于试验设计的思想的瓦斯涌出量预测更加具有针对性,可以满足现场应用实践应用。Aiming at the 4 factors that affect the gas emission from the 18201 large-height mining face of the Xiegou Coal Mine, the on-site gas concentration was measured, the data was analyzed, and the Design-Expert software was used to design 5 levels and 4 factor tests with Central Composite Design. The quadratic regression model of the influencing factors of the gas emission in the 18201 large-height mining face was obtained, and the gas emission was predicted at the same time. The research results show that the prediction accuracy is between 4.14% and 10.57%, and the prediction of gas emission based on the idea of experimental design is more targeted and can meet field applications.
