摘  要:本文介绍了西铭矿在西山煤田2~#煤层中推广应用"110工法"开采技术时,在原有"顶板深孔定向爆破切顶卸压+巷道补强支护"的基础上,采用"高水材料巷旁充填+顶板深孔定向爆破切顶卸压相结合的沿空留巷+充填墙插管抽采与预注氮+将充填工艺纳入采煤正规循环作业程序"等技术革新,解决了"110工法"潜在的安全隐患,为其在西山煤田2~#煤层中推广应用提供了安全保障。This article introduces the promotion and application of "110 construction method" mining technology in Xishan Coalfield No.2 coal seam in Ximing Mine. On the basis of the original "roof deep-hole directional blasting roofcutting and pressure-relief + roadway reinforcement support", the potential safety hazard of "110 construction method" has been solved by adopting the technical innovation of "high water content material for roadside packing + roof deephole directional blasting roof-cutting and pressure-relief combined with gob side entry retaining + filling wall intubation extraction and pre-nitrogen injection + bringing filling process into the regular cycle operation procedure of coal mining", which has provided safety guarantee for its popularization and application in the No.2 coal seam of Xishan Coalfield.
