摘  要:微观孔隙结构是影响多孔材料宏观物理性质的重要因素,孔隙结构研究对于表征多孔材料物理特性具有重要意义。多孔材料孔隙结果三维可视化便于直观地研究多孔材料内部孔隙结构。以多孔材料CT扫描图像为研究对象,在图像滤波、阈值化处理的基础上,采用Marching Cube面绘制算法对多孔材料内部孔隙进行三维重建,并采用OpenGL技术实现多孔材料三维孔隙结构的可视化、旋转、缩放等可视化,直观呈现多孔材料孔隙内部三维结构特征,为后续孔隙三维结构研究奠定基础。Micro pore structure is an important factor affecting the macro physical properties of porous materials,and the study of pore structure is of great significance for characterizing the physical properties of porous materials.The 3 D visualization of porous material pore results is convenient for the study of porous material internal pore structure.In this paper,the CT scanning image of porous materials is taken as the research object.Based on image filtering and thresholding processing,March is adopted Cube surface rendering algorithm is used to reconstruct the three-dimensional pore structure of porous materials,and OpenGL technology is used to realize the visualization of the three-dimensional pore structure of porous materials,such as rotation,scaling and so on.The three-dimensional pore structure characteristics of porous materials are visualized,which lays the foundation for the follow-up study of the three-dimensional pore structure.
