摘  要:励磁系统限制与发变组保护的相互配合是源网协调的重点内容之一,两者配合关系是否正确将直接影响机组及电网的安全稳定运行。文章以某600 MW火电机组定值整定为例,分析了ABB公司UNITROL 6800型励磁系统各项限制与国电南自DGT 801型发变组保护之间的动作配合关系,主要包括失磁保护与低励限制的配合、过激磁保护与V/Hz限制的配合、转子过负荷保护与过励限制的配合、定子过负荷保护与定子电流限制的配合,以及过电压保护与AVR控制的配合等方面。通过实例分析校核了各项保护配合关系的合理性,完善了发变组继电保护定值的整定计算工作。The coordination of excitation system limitation and generator transformer unit protection is one of the key contents of power grid and power source coordination. Whether the coordination relationship is correct will directly affect the safe and stable operation of the unit and grid. Taking one 600 MW thermal power unit as an example, the coordination relationship between ABB UNITROL 6800 excitation system limitation and DGT 801 generator transformer unit protection was analyzed. The coordination of loss of excitation protection and PQ limitation, the coordination of over excitation protection and V/Hz limitation, the coordination of rotor overload protection and over excitation limitation, the coordination of stator overload protection and stator current limitation, and the coordination of over voltage protection and AVR control were discussed. Through the analysis of examples, the rationality of various protection coordination relations was checked, and the setting calculation of the relay protection settings of the generator-transformer group was improved.
