浅谈工业企业溶剂型涂料使用及贮存场所防火安全技术措施

摘　　要：溶剂型涂料属于危险化学品,具有火灾爆炸、环境污染和有毒有害等化学特性。所以其使用、贮存场所也具有火灾、爆炸风险。然而,许多工业企业因重生产轻安全,安全投入不足,安全基础薄弱,安全意识淡薄,不掌握溶剂型涂料防火安全技术,不具备溶剂型涂料火灾防治能力,以至于溶剂型涂料使用、贮存场所不具备安全生产法律、法规和国家标准或行业标准规定的安全生产条件。为此,分析了溶剂型涂料的火灾风险,提出安全对策措施,为企业做好溶剂型涂料的火灾防治工作提供借鉴。Solvent-based coatings belongs to hazardous chemicals which have characters of fire,explosion,environment polluting and toxic and harmful. Therefore,its use and storage places also have the risk of fire and explosion. However,many industrial enterprises pay more attention to production,but less to safety,its safety input is insufficiency,the foundation of safety is weak,the consciousness of safety is dim,having no fire safety technical measures or abilities preventing fire of solvent-based coatings. So the enterprises using and storing solvent-based coatings don’t satisfy safety laws and regulations. For this reason,the article analysis fire risks of solvent-based coatings,gave safey measures,and provided references of fire safety for enterprises.
