摘  要:针对目前公司40.5 kV电压等级的充气柜生产过程中出现的漏气率高问题进行深入研究,分析影响气箱密封性能的薄弱点主要集中在断路器气室中,即绝缘拉杆轴往复直线运动时绝缘拉杆轴与密封板之间密封性能差.通过样机试制和试验验证,提出改进措施.结果表明,对充气柜绝缘拉杆轴的密封应选用双层U型密封圈和防尘圈配套使用,从而达到优化密封性能、减小漏气率的设计目的,满足其生产需要.Aiming at the problem of high air leakage rate in the production process of 40.5kV gas filled cabinet,the weak points that affect the sealing performance of the gas box are mainly concentrated in the air chamber of the circuit breaker;that is,the poor sealing performance between the insulated rod shaft and the sealing plate is caused by the reciprocating linear motion of the insulated rod shaft.Through the prototype trial production and test verification,the improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the double-layer U-shaped sealing ring and dustproof ring should be selected for the sealing of insulated rod shaft of gas filled cabinet,so as to optimize the sealing performance and reduce the air leakage rate,so as to meet the production needs.
