摘　　要：某数据中心的柴油发电机组控制器硬件明显老化,市场上已无备件.MDEC具有共轨式电控燃油喷射控制功能,可以实现对发动机的恒定转速控制.A600控制器是一个具有调节转速与电压、同步与并机、功率分配、电气保护以及电气测量功能的完整系统.在自动模式下启动发电机组时,机组的频率、电压达到同步后就可并机.并机后各机组通过调节转速使相位达到同步.在自动模式下启机时,异常情况分为两种:一是1#机投入母排,2#、3#不同步报警;二是2#、3#机投入母排,1#机不同步报警.The hardware of the diesel generator set controller in a data center is obviously aging,and there is no spare part in the market.MDEC has the function of common rail electronically controlled fuel injection control,which can realize the constant speed control of the engine.The A600 controller is a complete system with functions of adjusting speed and voltage,synchronization and parallel operation,power distribution,electrical protection and electrical measurement.When the generator set is started in automatic mode,the unit can be paralleled after its frequency and voltage reach synchronization.After the parallel operation,the phases of the units are synchronized by adjusting the speed.When the machine is started in automatic mode,there are two kinds of abnormal conditions:one is that 1#machine is put into busbar,2#and 3#are not synchronized alarm;the other is 2#,3#bus is put into bus bar,and 1#machine is out of synchronization alarm.
