摘  要:液硫池是硫磺回收装置中重要的存贮设施。由于液体硫磺的储存温度为130~180℃,具有很强的酸腐蚀性,且在脱气处理过程中液硫池内部会产生大量的H2S蒸气,故要求液硫池不仅具有保温隔热和耐酸腐蚀功能,还必须密封。以某硫回收项目的液硫池为例,介绍了其平面结构及结构特点,并探讨了其顶板、底板及壁板的设计要点。Sulfur pit is a key storage facility in the sulfur recovery unit. As the storage temperature for sulfur is 130 ~ 180 ℃,it comes with strong corrosivity. And large amount of H2 S vapor is generated in the sulfur pit during degassing. Hence,it is required that the sulfur pit should be provided with not only thermal insulation and corrosion resistance,but also sealing. Taking the example of a sulfur pit in a sulfur recovery unit,its plan structure and structural features are outlined,and the design highlights for its top slab,bottom slab and peripheral wall are studied.
