摘 要:为了进一步优化传统低压轴流风机性能,提出了一种等环量设计与变环量设计结合的新型风机叶片设计手段——等-变环量设计,试验测试了等-变环量前掠叶片的性能参数,并采用数值模拟的方法详细地验证了本方法所设计出叶片的性能与内流特征.数值研究结果表明,相比于传统扭叶片,等-变环量设计方法对低压轴流风机前掠叶片的气动性能优化更加明显,设计工况下全压可提升4%;等-变环量设计使整体流域的轴向速度增大2%,改善了整体流动情况.In order to further optimize the performance of the traditional low-pressure axial fan,a new fan blade design method combining equal-circulation design and variable-circulation design is proposed,which is the equal-variable circulation design.The performance parameters of the equal-variable circulation forward-swept blade were tested experimentally,and the performance and inflow characteristics of the blade designed by the method were verified by numerical simulation.The numerical results show that the design method of equal-variable circulation is more effective for improving the aerodynamic performance of the forwardswept blades.The total pressure of the forward swept blades under design conditions can be increased by 4%.The design of the equal-variable circulation increases the axial velocity of the flow field by 2%,which improves the flow condition.
