摘　　要：结合传统的复合模与级进模设计一副自动冲模,通过自动推件机构实现冲压自动化生产,针对不同尺寸的管夹成形只需更换模具成形零件,提高了模具设计与制造效率、缩短了模具交货周期,降低了制造成本,达到一模多用的效果。An automatic stamping die combined the traditional compound die with the pro⁃gressive die was designed.The automation production was realized through the automatic slide feeding mechanism.It just replaced the die parts for forming tube clips with different sizes,which made the die all-purposed.
