摘　　要：通过对轴流风轮支架的结构进行分析,介绍了其关键结构及模具设计中应注意的问题,阐述了模具的滑块结构、浇注系统、斜推组件结构、冷却系统等。模具经生产验证,开合模顺利,成型的塑件质量稳定,可为同类塑件的成型提供参考。Based on the analysis of the structure of the axial-flow rotor support,its key structure was presented and several problems that should be paid attention to in the de⁃sign of the injection mould were reminded.The slider structure,gating system,inclined block components and cooling system were elaborated.Through the production verification,the mould opened and closed smoothly and the quality of moulding plastics was stable.
