摘　　要：根据支架座铸件的结构特点及铝合金ADC14的材料性能,分析了铸件的成型工艺,设计了单腔式压铸模,采用3个侧滑块抽芯,选用通用型两板模架。实践证明:模具结构布局合理,机构设置简单可靠,可为同类铸件的模具设计提供参考。According to the structural characteristics of the bracket support casting and the properties of aluminum alloy ADC14,based on the analysis of the casting process,a single cavity die casting die was designed.The die adopted general two-plate die set,and three side sliders were used to core-pulling.Practice proved that the die structure was reason⁃able and the mechanism was simple and reliable.
