摘　　要：基于2015年和2017年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)微观数据,从当期、长期与动态视角考察了金融知识对农村居民新农保参与行为的影响。研究表明,金融知识有助于激发农村居民当期和长期参与新农保积极性,促进参保居民当期和长期选择更高新农保缴费档次,并改善居民新农保参与行为,但对新农保缴纳金额变化并无显著影响。进一步研究发现,金融教育能显著提高居民金融知识,并且能够有效增强居民金融知识对新农保参与和缴费金额的当期、长期和动态影响。因此,地方政府与金融机构有必要在农村地区开展金融教育、普及金融知识,以合理引导农村居民的新农保参与行为。Based on the micro data of China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)in 2015 and 2017,the impact of financial literacy on rural residents'participation in new agricultural insurance was examined from the perspective of current,long-term and dynamic perspectives.The result shows that financial literacy helps to promote rural residents'current and long-term participation in new rural insurance,promote the current and long-term selection of insured residents to choose a higher level of new rural insurance contributions,and improve residents'participation in new agricultural insurance.But there is no significant effect on the change of new rural insurance payment.Further research also shows that financial education can significantly improve residents'financial literacy,and can effectively enhance the current,long-term and dynamic impact of residents'financial literacy on the participation and payment of new rural insurance.Therefore,it is necessary for local governments and financial institutions to carry out financial education and popularize financial literacy in rural areas in order to improve the rural residents'participation in new rural insurance.
