摘 要:针对高应力巷道围岩变形的流变性、扩容性和冲击性等特点,分析了高预应力、强力锚杆支护理论技术,采用有限差分数值模拟软件FLAC3D分析了锚杆与锚索预应力引起的应力场分布特征与影响因素,研究了支护工艺,进行了工业性试验。研究得出,采用巷道高预应力、强力锚杆支护技术,巷道掘进速度不仅大大提高,施工后的巷道围岩稳定性也得到了有效改善,实现了巷道的一次成巷,避免了二次支护,促进了高产、高效矿井的实现。Aiming at the characteristics of deformation,expansion and impact of surrounding rock in high-stress roadway,this paper analyzed the high prestress and strong anchor support theory technology.The finite difference numerical simulation software FLAC3 D was used to analyze the prestress of the anchor and cable.The distribution characteristics and influencing factors of the induced stress field,the supporting technology was studied,and industrial tests were also carried out.It was found that using the roadway high prestress and strong anchor supporting technology,the roadway excavation speed was greatly increased,the stability of the surrounding rock has also been effectively improved,the primary roadway formation of the roadway has been achieved,secondary supporting has been avoided,and the realization of high-yield and efficient mines has been promoted.
