摘 要:采用SP板可以大大提升交错桁架钢结构的经济性,但交错桁架结构对楼板有传递水平剪力的特殊要求。为此提出了将预应力空心叠合板(SPD板)下降至桁架弦杆下翼缘,并通过对穿钢筋和后浇混凝土的共同作用来传递水平力的交错桁架弦杆-SPD楼板下沉式节点。该节点同时还可减少弦杆的防火涂料用量以及提升建筑净高。对该新型节点开展了3个不同直径对穿钢筋试件的抗剪试验。试验结果表明该节点具有较高的抗剪承载力和较好的延性,可以满足高烈度区高层交错桁架实际工程对楼板传递水平力的要求。通过将试验结果与国内外相关规范及理论计算结果的比较,得到了该新型节点抗剪承载力的建议计算公式。Using SP floor-slab can enhance the cost-efficiency of staggered truss structure.However,the staggered truss structure has special requirements on floor-slabs,through which horizontal shear force is transmitted between staggered trusses.Therefore,a new staggered truss chord SPD floor-slab sinking joint is proposed.This SP slab is placed on the bottom flange of chord,and the horizontal force is transmitted by the shear reinforcement and post-cast concrete.This joint can reduce the consumption of fireproof coating and increase the clear height of building.Shear resistance tests on three specimens with different diameters of shear reinforcement are carried out.The results show the joint has large shear capacity and good ductility,and it can be used in the high staggered truss buildings in high earthquake zones.By comparing the test results with the results calculated by related specifications and theoretical methods,a calculation formula of shear capacity for this new joint is proposed.
