摘  要:YH1井区属于高含硫井区,随着井区压力、温度的变化,单质硫可能析出、沉积,导致储层的孔隙度和渗透率下降,进而影响井区产能。因此,单质硫溶解度的准确预测是含硫气藏开发过程中必须首先解决的问题之一。受气体组分差异影响,常用于单质硫溶解度预测的Roberts模型,不适用于YH1井区。在Chrastil模型的基础上,依托YH1井区气井硫溶解度实验数据,建立适用于YH1井区单质硫溶解度预测模型,模型评价结果与实验数据吻合较好。利用新模型对YS1井开展实例分析,结果表明井筒4237m以上有单质硫析出,井筒4237m以下及储层均未见单质硫析出。硫溶解度随温度和密度的降低而减小,在温度低于125℃或酸性气体密度低于180kg/m^3时,温度和密度对硫溶解度影响不明显;在温度高于125℃以上或酸性气体密度高于180kg/m^3时,温度与酸性气体密度对硫溶解度影响较大。Well block YH1 belongs to the one with high sulfur.Elemental sulfur may precipitate and deposit with the change of pressure and temperature in the well block,which results in the decrease of porosity and permeability of the reservoir,and influences the productivity of the well area.Therefore,the accurate prediction of sulfur solubility is one of the issues to be solved first during the development of sulfur-containing gas reservoirs.Due to the difference of gas components,Roberts model often used to predict the solubility of elemental sulfur is not suitable for well block YH1.Based on Chrastil model and the experimental data of sulfur solubility in the gas wells of well block YH1,prediction model of sulfur solubility for the well block YH1 is established.The result of the model matched well with the experimental data.The new model is used to ana-lyze the case of Well YS1,the results show that there is elemental sulfur precipitation above 4237 m in the wellbore,and there is no elemental sulfur precipitation below 4237 m in the wellbore and in the reservoir.The sulfur solubility decreases with the decrease of temperature and density.The temperature and density has few influences on the sulfur solubility when the temperature is lower than 125 ℃ or the density of acid gas is lower than 180 kg/m^3;and the temperature and density has great influence on the sulfur solubility when the temperature is higher than 125℃ or the density of acid gas is higher than 180 kg/m^3.
