原油活性组分对界面扩张流变性质的影响——以胜利油区纯梁油田样品为例

摘  要:利用四组分分离方法获得胜利油田纯梁原油中的饱和分、芳香分、胶质和沥青质,采用悬挂滴技术研究了不同原油组分模拟油与纯梁地层水间的界面扩张流变性质,考察了浓度和扩张频率的影响。结果表明,原油活性组分中含有界面活性物质,其界面扩张参数随浓度及扩张频率的变化规律与表面活性剂类似。与以往研究不同,四种活性组分模拟油与纯梁地层水的扩张模量和相角的变化趋势极为类似,其中沥青质模拟油的模量整体上略低于其他三种活性组分模拟油。这是因为纯梁地层水中HCO3-含量较高,溶液呈弱碱性,促进各原油组分中界面活性物质的吸附,在较低浓度模量可达约30mN/m,界面膜强度较大。随组分浓度增大,生成的离子型活性物质增多,模量降低,相角增大,界面膜黏性增强。四种原油组分中都存在与碱反应的成膜物质,对形成牢固的油水界面膜均有一定贡献。The saturates,aromatics,resins and asphaltenes are separated from Chunliang crude oil in Shengli Oilfield by SARA method.The dilational and rheological properties between simulated oils containing four crude oil fractions and Chunliang formation water are investigated by means of oscillating drop method.The effects of concentration and dilational frequency are analyzed.The experimental results show that the trends of dilational parameter for active constituents in crude oil as a function of concentration or frequency are similar to those of surfactant because of the surface active components in it.Being different from the research before,the variations of dilational modulus and phase angle for the simulate oil are similar to those of Chunliang formation water.Among them,the moduli of simulated oils with asphaltene are little lower than those of the simulated oil with other three active constituents in general.The reason is the Chunliang formation water is weak alkaline solution due to its higher HCO3-content,which facilitates the adsorption of interfacial active substances in the crude oil components.As a result,the dilational modulus is about 30 mN/m at low concentration and the interfacial film has a higher strength.Ionic active material may be generated more and the modulus decreases with the increase of component concentration.The phase angel may be larger and viscosity of interfacial film may be stronger.The film-forming materials exist in all four crude oil components and can react with the alkaline,which has made a certain contribution to form a strong oil-water interfacial film.
