摘　　要：目的通过对黄芩药材的性状与主要指标成分的分析,建立黄芩药材等级评价标准,为根及根茎类规则形状中药材的等级标准构建提供理论依据。方法复合质量常数评价方法是一种综合性药材等级评价方法,该方法基于质量常数,通过考察黄芩药材的外观性状,浸出物,黄芩苷含量等指标,将黄芩药材的外观性状与内在指标相结合。建立了复合质量常数用于黄芩药材的等级评价。结果收集不同质量的黄芩药材20批,结果显示复合质量常数范围为0.422~2.453,如果把黄芩药材划分为两个等级,则:一级黄芩药材复合质量常数≥1.420,二级黄芩药材复合质量常数<1.420。结论复合质量常数能够科学、合理、全面、客观的划分药材的等级,为中药材等级划分提供了新模式,为进一步建立和健全黄芩药材综合质量评价体系提供参考依据。Objective To establish a grading standard for the medicinal materials of Scutellariae Radix by analyzing the traits and main indicators of Scutellariae Radix,and to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of grading standards for roots and rhizomes.Methods The composite mass constant evaluation method is a comprehensive evaluation method of medicinal materials.Based on the quality constant,the method is to investigate the appearance traits,extracts,and baicalin content of Scutellariae Radix combination.A composite mass constant was established for the grade evaluation of Scutellariae Radix.Results The results showed that the quality of the different doses of Scutellariae Radix was 20 batches.The results showed that the composite mass constant ranged from 0.422 to 2.453.If the Scutellariae Radix was divided into 2 grades,the composite quality constant of the first-class Scutellariae Radix was≥1.420,and the composite quality of the secondary Scutellariae Radix Constant<1.420.Conclusion The composite mass constant can scientifically,reasonably,comprehensively and objectively classify the grades of medicinal materials,and provide a new model for the classification of Chinese medicinal materials to provide reference for the further establishment and improvement of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of Scutellariae Radix.
