摘 要:目的研究吴茱萸根、茎、叶的性状及显微鉴别特征,为其真伪鉴别及临床安全有效用药提供参考。方法性状鉴别及显微鉴别法。结果发现叶表面气孔为环式,有大量的单细胞非腺毛;根皮层较窄,外皮层可见石细胞群,形成层环状,木质部宽广;茎表皮具有单细胞和多细胞非腺毛,下方有厚壁细胞。皮层内侧可见石细胞带断续排列成环状,形成层波状环形,髓部宽广;叶上、下表皮细胞均可见单细胞和多细胞非腺毛,壁木化增厚。上、下表皮各1例,栅栏组织1列,维管束外韧型,类盾形,韧皮部外侧均有石细胞;粉末可见油细胞、晶鞘纤维、单细胞或多细胞非腺毛、缘纹孔导管及网纹导管等特征。结论吴茱萸的性状及显微特征,可为其鉴别真伪及制定药材质量标准从而进一步开发利用提供参考依据。Objective To provide reference for the identification of Tetradium ruticarpum by studying the characteristics and microscopic identification of the roots,stems and leaves.Methods The methods of character identification and microscopic identification were used.Results It was found that there were many single-cell non-glandular hairs.The cortex of the main root was narrow,with stone cells in the outer cortex.There were non-glandular hairs in the stem epidermis with the thick-walled cells below,the pulp was broad.single-cell and multi-cell non-glandular hairs could be seen in both upper and lower epidermis of leaf,which had one row of palisade tissue,shield-like vascular bundles and stone cells in the outside of phloem.Oil cells,sheath fibers,non-glandular hairs,marginal striated ducts and reticulated ducts were observed in the powder.Conclusion The characteristics and microscopic characteristics of Tetradium ruticarpum can provide the reference for the identification to genuine and fake and the formulation of quality standards for medicinal materials.
