从“血不利则为水”论乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中医证治

摘　　要：文章探讨乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中医证治。认为乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的病机在于"血不利则为水",因"血"而病"水"。若细思忖,深究其根源,"血不利"乃引起水肿病的中间环节,"为水"是"血不利"的病理产物,"血不利"与"为水"产生的根本原因在于气病,在于阳的化气功能低下。主张以益气温阳治其本,温阳抑阴,促阳化气,兼以行气活血、利水消肿治其标,"气""血""水"同治,希冀达到"气化则血行,血利则水消"的目的。This article discusses the treatment of arm lymphedema in breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine. It is believed that the pathogenesis of arm lymphedema following breast cancer surgery is that "Unsmooth Blood Circulation Results in Water Retention", "Water" is the cause of "Blood". "Unsmooth Blood Circulation" is the middle link of causing edema, and "Water Retention" is the pathological product of "Unsmooth Blood Circulation". The root cause of "Unsmooth Blood Circulation" and "Water Retention" lies in disorder of Qi activity, and in the low function of Yang in resolving Qi. It advocates that the root of the disease should be treated by warming Yang and transforming Qi, warming Yang and restraining Yin, promoting Yang and resolving Qi. At the same time, Qi, Blood and Water should be treated by promoting Qi, promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling. It is hoped the merits of "Qi transformation, Blood circulation and Water dissipation" can be achieved.
