浅谈切诊在小儿八纲辨证中的运用

摘　　要：切诊是医生的手切脉和触按病人的皮肤,手足,胸腹,腧穴等部位,以获取病人的脉象及其他有关体征的诊查方法。[1]八纲,即表、里、寒、热、虚、实、阴、阳八个辨证的纲领。文章从小儿切诊联系八纲辨证中的表里、虚实、寒热三大方面的综合分析,辨别小儿疾病病位的深浅,病性的寒热,邪正斗争的盛衰和病症类别以及切诊的现代化研究。脉诊的标准化、现代化,对中医脉诊在临床的运用有丰富的益处,对中医药的发展和国际化有巨大的推动作用,但目前在儿科的临床运用中还较少阐述。Excision is a method for doctors to use hand to cut veins and touch the patient’s skin,hands and feet,chest and abdomen,acupoints,etc.,in order to obtain the pulse and other related signs of the patient.Eight classes,namely,table,inside,cold,heat,deficiency,reality,Yin,Yang eight dialectical program.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis from three aspects:deficiency and deficiency,cold and heat in the connection of eight-class differentiation of symptoms and signs,and distinguishes the shallow and deep disease position of children,the cold and heat of disease,the rise and fall of evil struggle and the type of disease and a study on the Modernization of cut diagnosis.The standardization and modernization of pulse diagnosis has rich benefits for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and has a great effect on the development and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).However,it is rarely described in the clinical application of paediatrics at present.
