摘　　要：紫草素(Shikonin)是传统中药紫草中提取的一种有效的萘醌类化合物,经过国内外数十年的研究,已被证实具有多种生物活性,包括抗炎、抗肿瘤、促进伤口愈合、抗菌、抗病毒、抗血栓、抗氧化、降血糖、保肝护肝等多种作用,尤其在过去几年,其抗炎的药理特性引发人们研究的兴趣。通过以"Shikonin"为关键词,在PubMed数据库中查询近5年的文献,共检索到相关文献290篇,其中抗炎的有效文献30余篇。文章总结了关于紫草素的最新抗炎研究成果,对紫草素抗炎的作用靶点进行总结归纳以供研究参考。Shikonin is an effective naphthoquinone compound extracted from traditional Chinese medicine. After decades of research at home and abroad, it has been proven to have multiple biological activities, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, promoting wound healing, antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-thrombotic, anti-oxidation, blood sugar lowering and liver protection, etc. Especially in the past few years, its anti-inflammatory pharmacological properties have sparked interest in research. By using "Shikonin" as the key word, the PubMed database was searched for nearly 5 years of literature, and a total of 290 related articles were retrieved, of which more than 30 articles were effective against inflammation. To provide the latest anti-inflammatory research results on shikonin and its derivatives, and to summarize the anti-inflammatory targets of shikonin for reference.
